The main level features polished concrete floors, a Stuv wood burning fireplace unit, custom cabinetry and a spa-like primary suite. The monolithic staircase lead to a den and additional bedroom/office spaces at the upper level. European stile tilt-and-turn windows bring in views from every vantage, and a pair of lift-and-slide doors tie the outdoor space to the living area. Mechanical systems bring radiant heat throughout the home, with high efficiency heat pumps for seasonal heating and cooling as well.
