Santos Cocina Latina & Lodge, now Ranch Camp
This highly energy efficient and award winning project features a warm and inviting restaurant and three apartment lodge. It was completed in 2010 and designed by Sam Scofield, an architect in Stowe, Vermont. It has recently been converted to Ranch Camp Bike Shop and Bar/Restaurant.
