We offer a range of construction services. If you are interested in designing and building a new home, building from your own plans or renovating or adding on to an old home, we can provide you with the expertise you need throughout the process.
We handle all aspects of management from site preparation and permitting to framing, finish work and landscaping. Our lead carpenters bring over 20 years of experience in building high quality homes. Several are native Vermonters who bring an appreciation for traditional Vermont architecture. They are committed to high quality craftsmanship and building the home that your family will enjoy for generations. Our customers often comment on how they enjoyed getting to know the guys. One former customer still tracks down the crew at new jobsites with her homemade desserts. We are proud of their dedication and professionalism.
CUSTOM HOMES
We can implement your vision for your dream home from plans provided by you or your architect. We also have long standing relationships with many architects in the area that we enjoy working with.
DESIGN/BUILD
Gordon Dixon Construction has built New England style farmhouses featured in our portfolio from original designs. We can build your home from these original plans or we can adapt them to better suit your needs. We work closely with you in the decision making process from the early design stages through the completion of the project to help you achieve your goals for your new home.
